EzyDurian Automation
Completed
Automation Python
Overview
EzyDurian was already selling online through OnPay. As order volume and branches increased, manual fulfillment became harder to coordinate across staff, printers, delivery handoffs, and order form availability.
The automation connected the existing ordering workflow to branch operations so new orders could move faster without adding more repetitive manual handling.
Workflow Improvements
- Connected OnPay webhooks to operational workflows
- Printed new online orders automatically at branch
- Supported WhatsApp-based operational handoffs
- Coordinated delivery handling for fulfillment
- Opened and closed order forms automatically when needed
- Reduced repeated manual checks by staff
Outcomes
- Orders automatically printed at branch
- Faster operational handling during busy order periods
- Easier multi-branch coordination
- Less repetitive manual work for the team
Technical Notes
The system used OnPay webhooks, Python automation, thermal printer integration, delivery coordination support, and browser automation where the third-party platform did not expose the needed controls directly.
