Frameworks we use:

  • LangGraph — Our primary framework for building stateful, multi-step AI agents. LangGraph enables us to design agents with complex decision-making flows, tool usage, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and persistent memory. It gives us fine-grained control over how agents reason, plan, and execute tasks.

  • DeepAgents — An open-source agentic framework for building AI-powered coding and task automation agents. Think of it as a self-hostable alternative similar to Claude Code — it can reason through complex tasks, break them into subtasks, write and execute code, browse the web, and interact with your systems autonomously. We use DeepAgents to build internal developer tools, automated code review pipelines, and task execution agents that your team can run on their own infrastructure.

  • Pydantic AI — For building type-safe, structured AI agent pipelines with robust input/output validation.

  • Amazon Bedrock — Enterprise-grade foundation model hosting for secure, scalable AI deployments.

External-Facing Chatbots

These chatbots integrate with your existing systems (CRM, ticketing, knowledge bases) and can escalate to human agents when needed.

  • Recursive Language Models (RLM) — A next-generation approach where language models recursively refine their own outputs. Instead of a single-pass generation, RLM agents break problems into subproblems, solve each recursively, and compose the results. This produces significantly more accurate and well-structured outputs for complex tasks like code generation, multi-step reasoning, and document analysis.

  • Multi-Agent Systems — Orchestrating multiple specialized agents that collaborate on complex tasks. Each agent has its own role (researcher, planner, executor, reviewer) and they communicate through structured protocols to deliver results that no single agent could achieve alone.
